Meals & Menu
Each of our eco-resorts has a unique outdoor restaurant with spectacular ocean views. The Maho Pavilion Restaurant, serving breakfast and dinner, is the premier spot to watch sunsets and enjoy a family atmosphere. And Café Concordia offers spectacular expansive views of crashing waves along the southeast corner of the island cliffs. Both restaurants feature different specials for dinner and offer the best salad bar found on the island.
At Café Concordia only dinner is served since continental breakfast choices are available at the Concordia Store. The Café has something for everyone with its made-to-order delicious selections that add a special flavor to seafood, steak, chicken, and many vegetarian entrees. The bar serves rum drinks, beer, and wine in addition to fruit smoothies. And both restaurants serve island-style dessert options to keep all guests happy at the end of a meal.

Dinner entrées at Maho and Concordia are priced approximately between $17 and $23.
Menu items are suggestions of what may be included on the menu for that day. The menus are subject to change due to availability.
Maho Bay Camps offers a modified dinner menu during low season (Aug 15 thru Nov 15). Dinner hours are one half hour shorter than high season from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Low season menu items include: pizza, hamburgers, soup/salad, stir frys, tacos, and fried chicken on various nights ranging from $14 to $18.
